No problem! Tastes and colours are not debatable and we are well aware of this, which is why we have a fairly extensive charter. Yes, if you don't like your order, simply return it to one of our stock depots for a refund. Just think to send us an email beforehand so that we can proceed to a quick refund. 👑

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?



As soon as your order has been placed, the race begins: most of the time you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package. So depending on the country where you live you just have to enter your tracking code directly on the website of your national post office. If your package does not appear to worry your package simply did not arrive in your country.🙂

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?



We undertake to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible. The delivery time is from 3 to 15 days depending on the products and the available stock. The average delivery time is about 7 days.

Unfortunately it can happen that deliveries take longer than expected (up to 25 days maximum) so we apologize in advance for this delay.

If you are absent when the parcel is delivered, a notice will be left in your mailbox and you will be able to collect the parcel from your post office. This will take a maximum of 20 days.
