Provencal Couscous : Bento Box Recipe N°1

 

For a bento box : Recipe N°1

 

Ingredients :

  • 80 g couscous seeds
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 30 g raisins
  • 480 g of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g zucchini, diced
  • 100 g pepper, diced
  • 100 g pumpkin flesh, cubed
  • 100 g carrot, cut into pieces
  • 150 g apple, cut into pieces
  • 60 g white cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 5 g olive oil, and 1 tbsp. for the preparation
  • 1 tbsp. walnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar

 

Preparation :

 

  1. Cook the couscous with the water.
  2. Cut the vegetables into medium cubes and steam them.
  3. Mix the couscous and vegetables
  4. Season with remaining ingredients
  5. Put in your bento
